modelled as a downward facing bird with removable head and salt glazed in shades of brown, buff and ochre, incised marks and dated 20-3-80 to the interior of the cover and underside of the jar

With some restoration to the rim of the cover and a large area of restoration to the body of the bird. A firing crack to the underside of the tail. Examined under UV.
