Our Heritage Team offer a range of specialist heritage planning services which can help our clients successfully navigate the planning system, obtain listed building consent and planning permission. We create opportunities for heritage properties where there may previously have been only constraints, using a heritage-led approach to shape change in our built environment.

Based in Cambridge, our Heritage Planning Team has a wealth of experience working with historic and listed buildings in the East of England, including Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, Norfolk, East Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Rutland, Peterborough, Hertfordshire, Essex, and Lincolnshire. The team also has experience working across the country, including work in central London and the South East.

We liaise directly with conservation officers, local technical consultants and architects, helping to guide heritage planning projects to success. The team includes members of the Institute of Historic Building Conservation (IHBC), Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) and Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
