Some largescale development, regeneration and infrastructure projects have a more rigorous planning process which includes Environmental Impact Assessments. The Heritage Planning team has experience of producing Built Heritage Environmental Statement Chapters (ES Chapters) as well as informing the screening and scoping assessments.

Built Heritage Environmental Statement Chapters thoroughly review the history and significance of assets on the site and surrounding area. We work closely with the design team, undertaking a robust assessment of potential heritage impacts against the relevant framework. Our heritage consultants have experience working in a multi-disciplinary team including the design team, landscape architects and archaeologists to help shape a successful scheme and mitigate harm.
