An Indian polki diamond bangle,
pierced floral design, each flower set with nine rubover set polki diamonds, graduating from approximately 3.6 to 5.8mm, interspersed by diamond set scroll detail and a further five polki diamonds graduating from 3.3 to 4.1mm, surrounded by a border of grain set eight cut diamonds, estimated approximate total diamond weight 25.00ct, inside diameter 6cm, width 2.6cm, push-in clasp with two figure of eight safety clasps, unmarked, tested as 9ct gold with silver settings, weight 103.8g

Footnote: Polki diamonds are one of the oldest forms of cut diamonds, originating in India long before Western cutting methods were seen there. They often retain their original rough form with an unfaceted, polished surface. They have remained in use in traditional Indian jewellery designs and are mainly fashioned for wedding pieces.
