An Edwardian 'fiddle back' mahogany bonheur du jour, circa 1910, satin wood inlaid and crossbanded decoration, with pagoda shaped raised back and fold-out leather lined writing surface above one long and two small drawers, on slender tapering square legs and unusual brass casters, 119 x 92 x 41cm Provenance: Cheffins, Cambridge, 20th June 2013, lot 903, where acquired by the present owner
