A Victorian silver four piece tea set, By John Angell II and George Angell, London 1843/44, the teapot of octagonal form heavily decorated all over with foliate engraving around two vacant cartouches, the domed hinged cover to match with a pheasant and leaf finial, leaf capped and reeded spout and double scroll handle with ivory insulators and leaf caps, raised on a stepped octagonal base, the hot water jug with removable infuser, two handled sugar bowl and milk jug to match, 67.2ozt gross (4)
