A panel bracelet depicting a Hindu goddess, the nine slightly convex hollow panels with cast fronts depicting different views of a goddess, sitting, standing or dancing, always with a snake twined about her, so possibly Manasa, goddess of fertility, prosperity and a guard against snake bites, the bass relief figures against a stylised foliate and swirling background, full width hinges between each panel and hidden snap clasp; length approximately 19cm, width 3.2cm; yellow metal tests for better than 9ct gold with a 14ct gold wash, weight 78.46g
