A pair of Victorian silver shell bowl spoons, by Francis Higgins III, London 1887, with fancy foliate twist short stems, the terminals featuring the crest of the Worshipful Company of Salters, engraved on the reverse with Queen Victoria's monogram above 'Jubilee 1887', the fluted bowls engraved 'M.E.R. 1940', presentation case by Tessier, in red with gold tooling and decorated with the crest of the Salter's company, 4ozt gross (2) 17 x 5.50 x 5.50cm (7 x 2 x 2in)
