A mid 20th century detachable pair of floral spray brooches,
two detachable flowers, each flower head with a central cluster of claw set round brilliant diamonds, surrounded by free form grain set diamond petals, suspended from a narrow curved stalk, with channel set baguette cut diamonds and free form grain set diamond leaves, with scattered claw set diamonds in between, estimated approximate total diamond weight 14.00ct, length 7.5cm, combined width 5.7cm, three pin and revolver fittings and a safety chain, unmarked, tested as platinum, weight 45.3g, cased

Footnote: Also referred to as a 'duette' brooch, was first created by Cartier in 1927. The parts of the brooch could be worn together or as two separate jewels and this gave them great versatility - they could be worn as separate brooches, collar clips or hair barrettes.
