the brooch set with three oval shaped hardstone intaglios, approximately 12 x 10mm, plain narrow yellow metal border, length 3.6cm, pin and hook fitting, unmarked, tested as 18ct gold, weight 5.1g; second, two loose Gnostic hardstone intaglios, possibly 2nd-4th century AD, 17.1 x 14.9 x 5mm and 14.8 x 12.4 x 4.6mm; third, a loose banded agate intaglio, possibly 1st century BC-1st century AD, depicting a male figure, 11.8 x 7.2 x 3.55mm together with a possibly Roman signet type ring with intaglio carving (5)
