A Chinese blue and white export porcelain tea caddy, Qianlong, circa 1740,

of octagonal section, painted with floral sprays, later European white metal mounts and cover
11.5cm high;
another, of tri-lobed section, in Imari colours, moulded in relief with a garden and landscapes
10.5cm high;
a Batavian cafe-au-lait glazed teabowl circa 1740, with floral leaf silhouettes

  1. blue and white caddy - slight chips and a small crack on the rim of the nozzle. Original cover lost and later European untested white metal mounts and cover. chip on shoulder noticed beneath the silver mount..
  2. Imari - fritted around most rims. Original cover missing - now with later untested white metal example.
  3. bowl - one long hairline crack from rim to bowl centre. small enamel loss.
