circa 1860, the signed silvered dial, 40mm diameter, with black Roman numerals, blued spade hands, subsidiary seconds register at 6 o'clock and baton minute track, centre engraved with a lakeside scene, signed but unnumbered mechanical key wind cylinder movement, case, 43mm diameter, milled edge, verso hinged at 6 o'clock, decorated with engine turning around a vacant circular cartouche, interior stamped 18K and numbered 24496 6, the cuvette similarly marked and additionally engraved ECHAPPEMENT LIBRE A ANCRE TROIS LEVEES ET DIX TROIS EN RUBIS GIRARD A GENEVE BALANCIER COMPENSÉ, 55.7g gross, presented with the winding key
