An extensive Royal Copenhagen Midsummer Night's Dream pattern dinner service, originally designed by Arnold Krogh, circa 1900, comprising: seventeen 25.5cm dinner plates, eighteen 22.5cm dessert plates, eleven 19cm side plates, nine 21cm soup bowls, five 23.5cm soup bowls, six 14.5cm dessert bowls, five 21cm navette-shaped bowls, two trefoil-shaped serving dishes, one large tureen, cover and stand, two oval tureens and covers, two circular tureens, one with cover, one oval serving platter, one fruit bowl, one sauce tureen and cover, two open sauce tureens, one large open serving dish and another smaller, the tureens with dragonfly handles and bee finials, delicately painted with flowers, printed and painted marks (84)Generally, condition commensurate with age and use. Surface dirt throughout.
