Description

by Charles Henry Dumenil, London 1904, the beaker shaped body covered in engine turned engraving, the friction fitting cover similarly engraved around a circular cartouche engraved with a monogram below a coronet, the cover lifts to reveal a gilded inner filler with gadrooned rim, locking to the body with two bayonet fittings to prevent the contents rattling; a gilded funnel sitting atop a glass beaker which is engraved to the side 'tablespoon' and 'teaspoon' between a measuring line, 1.3ozt weighable silver
