Chipping to diamonds with one more obvious than the others, visible with a 10 loupe
Abrasion and chipping to sapphires, consistent with age, visible with a 10X loupe
Tarnishing and wear to settings consistent with age
Heavy scratches and wear to the reverse
Pin opens and closes positively
