the closed crescent is set with eleven graduating oval faceted sapphires, length from 3.2 to 6mm, each spaced by two grain set single and brilliant cut diamonds, and terminating in an old brilliant cut diamond at each end, estimated approximate total diamond weight 0.50ct, dimensions 3.7 x 3.5cm, pin and revolver fitting, unmarked, tested as 9ct gold with a base metal pin, weight 9.5g, presented in a fitted case

Minor abrasion to sapphires, consistent with age, visible with a 10X loupe
Minor chipping to diamonds, consistent with age, visible with a 10X loupe
Minor tarnishing and general wear to reverse
Pin and catch opens and closes positively
Heavy wear to the outside and inside the case
