circa 1940, in the form of a stylised buckle, set with a central claw set transitional brilliant cut diamond, approximate diameter 7.8mm, flanked by a row of channel set rectangular sapphires, and surrounded by a border of grain set single cut diamonds, pierced gallery, tapered shoulders, flat shank, size Q½, unmarked, tested as platinum, weight 16.4g, accompanied by a report dated 18th October 2021, stating the central diamond weight to be 1.97ct, colour grade K, clarity grade SI2, total sapphire weight to be 1.00ct, and total single cut diamond weight to be 0.75ct
