A Japanese carved ivory rat and chick okimono, late Meiji Period, circa 1900,

the rat sits over an egg from which a chick emerges, 4.3cm high; another as a walking rat, 2.6cm high; and an ivory and tortoiseshell mounted hairy tailed minogame, circa 1900, 11.5cm long

Condition report:

rat and chick: one claw nailmissing from each rear foot. drying crack in chicks beak.

single rat: drying cracks some regluing of legs and tail.

Minogame: tiny chip at very tip of tail. small chip off the edge of the carapace.
