A gilt copper alloy figure of Amitayus, Khasa Malla Kingdom,

West Nepal/West Tibet, probably circa 1350, seated on a high petalled lotus base, wearing a crown and earrings inset with polished blue and other stones, with warm smile and calm downward gaze, his hands in bhumisparsamudra, a vajra lying in front of him, with curled toes, the base plate engraved with a vajra cross motif, 10.5cm high, 7.7cm across the base
