Description

by William Fawdery, London 1722, in addition to the mark of an insect within an oval cartouche (possibly a 19th century French 'weevil' import mark), slightly tapering side with flared rim, on a simple pedestal foot, crested, 6.5oztCondition report:  Generally in good condition with no obvious signs of damage or repair. Some minor dents and dings and surface scratching to the body as to be expected and a minor dent to the foot. The crest, though rather worn, is still distinguishable and may be that of Baldwin.Hallmarks, though rather poorly struck, are fairly easily decipherable.
