A George III mahogany linen press,

the moulded cornice above a pair of panelled doors enclosing slides, the lower section with three long cockbeaded drawers raised on bracket feet

Provenance:
Crepping Hall, Suffolk



Condition report:

Various splits to the upper sections right flank, doors are slightly bowed
Knocking to the extremeties, especially the feet
Some cockbeading replaced, drawer fronts quite knocked consistent with use
keys and locks work well, both latches present, the top one lines up but the bottom one doesnt due to minor warpage
Two part linen press
