A Chinese export porcelain rouge de fer five piece part dessert service, Qing Dynasty, circa 1790,

each of bracketed oval shape, finely painted with differing central circular landscape panels with figures and boats, within floral swag borders enriched in gilt, comprising a footed tazza and four serving dishes

all in structural good order - no chips or cracks.

However - heavy wear to gold on the rims, borders, circular panels, and tazza foot rim etc. Also slight wear to brown enamel border bands.

Some significant glaze impurities (and grinding) to at least three of the serving dishes.
