Ian Kitson, Director at Cheffins continues:

“This is one of our strongest catalogues of the year, with something for every type of buyer. From refurbishment projects to high-yielding commercial investments, the sale provides opportunities for developers, investors and private buyers alike. Despite wider market uncertainty, demand for property at auction remains resilient, and we expect strong competition for the standout residential lots in particular.”
