Location

The land is located east of the village of Newport, approximately 3.5 miles south of the popular market town of Saffron Walden. From Saffron Walden head south on the B1052 and after approximately 1.7 miles turn left at the roundabout onto the B1383 to Newport. Follow the road for approximately 1.3 miles and turn left onto Debden Road. The land can be found on the right hand side after 0.3 miles.
