From the centre of the village head west on Great Lane, which after a sharp right hand turn becomes a Little Fen Drove. Continue along Little Fen Drove for approx. 600m whereupon Old Bar Drove can be found on the right hand side. Follow Old Bar Drove for approx. 360m and the land can be found on the left hand side. Reach is a small village on the edge of the Fenland in east Cambridgeshire. The village is very sought after due to it's close proximity to Newmarket and to Cambridge which lies approx. 11 miles to the south west, whilst it is also within easy reach of the A14 trunk road.
