Location

The land is located on the north eastern edge of the Fenland village of Friday Bridge which is situated in Elm, and part of the Fenland district of Cambridgeshire. The village has a limited range of facilities although there is a village shop, but is ideally located just south of the larger market town of Wisbech, approx. 3 miles away, and offers a range of shops, facilities and services. From the centre of Friday Bridge head east on Well End which becomes Needham Bank, and upon leaving the village Bar Drove can be found on the left hand side. Continue along Bar Drove for approx. 150mtrs, whereupon the land can be found on the right hand side marked by a Cheffins 'For Sale' board just before a post and wire fenced parcel of land.
