William joined Cheffins in January 2026 and has signficant experience spanning 15 years in the commercial property industry within Cambridge and surrounding markets. He has worked in both the agency market and client side and has a profound working knowledge of leasehold and freehold disposal and acquisition, lease re-gears and asset management initiatives within the office, R&D, tech and life sciences markets as well as the industrial and ‘midtech’ sectors.
William’s background acting for a variety of established clients within the region places him in a strong position to advise on new development, leasing, refurbishment and strategy for office and life science landlords and developers.
