Toni has almost 30 years of planning experience, working in local government for nearly 17 years; 2 years working for the RTPI as a Community Planner and 9 years in private consultancy.
Toni has worked on a large range of projects, from determining applications for small extensions, industrial development to large renewable energy schemes. She has worked on strategic projects including upgrades to the A14; various park and ride schemes across the country as well as the reintroduction of the Waverley Line in Scotland!
As a Community Planner, she has worked with a number of disadvantaged groups across the East of England including the Ormiston Trust.
A keen interest is heritage and and this has led Toni to work on a host of projects including extensions to pubs in Conservation Areas; extensions to listed buildings and setting of important heritage assets.
