Millie holds a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate Management from the University College of Estate Management and is currently working towards Chartered membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute. Before moving into planning, Millie spent eight years in the legal sector, supporting commercial property and property finance teams.
Millie works on residential, commercial and rural projects, assisting landowners, businesses and private clients with a wide range of planning matters. As well as co-ordinating and submitting planning applications for new development, her experience includes changes of use, permitted development, Section 73 applications to vary or remove planning conditions, such as Agricultural Occupancy Conditions, and retrospective planning applications.
