Are you looking to get your land promoted for development? South Cambridgeshire District Council and Cambridge City Council are jointly preparing a Greater Cambridge Local Plan. As part of this process they have announced a 'Call for Sites' whereby landowners and other parties are invited to submit details of potential development land including residential and commercial sites. Any sites that are submitted will be considered by the Councils as part of their Strategic Housing and Economic Land Availability Assessments and may go foward as part of the Local Plan process. The consultation process is for a limited six week period ending on 25th March 2019.
