Palace Green Homes has welcomed its first private buyers to their new homes on the stunning West End Gardens development in Haddenham, with the show home launching on site in the coming week for viewings.

The new residents moved into their home last week, marking the exciting future of the highly anticipated West End Gardens development. The residents were welcomed by flowers and fizz from local florist Wild Clover Flower Company.

The new residents, Mr and Mrs Couling, commented: “We are delighted to have moved into the West End Gardens development. It’s great to be some of the first people to move onto the site, and we’re excited to see the community grow over the comings months and years.”

West End Gardens is a beautifully designed development, which will see 54 striking homes set within landscaped green spaces when complete. The development will offer a range of 2- to 4-bedroom houses, with spacious home-working areas and gardens for the whole family to enjoy.

The development has already welcomed its first residents through the Haddenham Community Land Trust; a local scheme that provides affordable homes to existing community members. The new private buyers will join the 6 residents that are already making themselves at home in West End Gardens.

Paul Remington, Chairman of Palace Green Homes said: “We are pleased to welcome the first private buyers to the West End Gardens development. It’s been an exciting project to work on and we’re delighted to bring some new life and character to such a welcoming community. We really hope our first and future residents enjoy their new homes.”

Mark Peck, Director, Head of Residential Division at Cheffins, shared: “Cheffins is delighted to have been involved in the sales of these homes at West End Gardens. We’re looking forward to more of these fantastic properties coming onto the market and welcoming buyers to their new homes soon.”

West End Gardens will feature a central play space and plenty of carefully designed landscaped green areas. The village of Haddenham, and the wider area, is home to a variety of footpaths to explore the green spaces, quiet country lanes and lots of wildlife. Sited 10-minutes away from Ely, with its magnificent cathedral and architecture, and rail connections to London, the Midlands and northern England.

Palace Green Homes is soon to be launching their show home for the site for future private buyers.
