Following the government’s recent announcement that the estate agency sector could return to work, we have undertaken all the necessary risk assessments to ensure that we can open operate safely and in line with strict physical distancing measures in place. The safety of our clients and staff is our overarching priority and as a result there are a number of changes to our working practices. For the time being, there will be fewer staff working in the office to ensure that we are able to work at a safe distance from one another throughout the day. We kindly ask that should you wish to visit the offices that you telephone or email us in advance to book an appointment; this will enable us to restrict the number of people in the offices at any given time and safely adhere to social distancing guidelines. If your visit to our offices is not essential, please do consider telephoning, emailing or using video calls as an alternative. In turn, prior to visiting your property we will send you the latest guidelines and our own risk assessments. Our staff have been issued with PPE and will follow strict guidelines when visiting your property.
