Cheffins is proud to announce it has joined Property Agents Independent (PAI), a commercial property network of independently owned companies across the UK.

By joining the 50-year-old network, Cheffins will now benefit from greater collaboration with the 28 other members of the PAI by the sharing of expertise and market knowledge of the commercial property sector.

The PAI offers clients of its members access to nationwide markets through local experts within specific regions.

Philip Woolner, joint managing partner at Cheffins and director in its commercial division, said: “We are very pleased to be joining the network and look forward to working with other independent commercial property consultancies throughout the UK.

“Collaboration is in all of our interests if we are to achieve the best results for our clients and this network brings us together under the umbrella of the PAI.

“Cheffins will benefit from the national advice and local knowledge and other companies will be able to draw on our expertise as Cambridgeshire’s leading firm of residential, commercial and rural land and property advisers.”

Mark Tillson, PAI president, said: “The Board at PAI is delighted to welcome Cheffins as a new member firm. The geographical fit alongside other member firms is excellent and takes our membership to 29 firms.

“It is worth noting PAI member firms cover the length and breadth of the UK – from Truro in Cornwall to Glasgow and from Belfast across to Norwich.”
