Cheffins’ commercial department have scooped an award at the prestigious Estates Gazette’s Radius Data Exchange Regional Agency Awards.
Cheffins’s head of the commercial department Michael Jones picked up the award for Cambridgeshire’s top agency judged on deals from Damian Wild, editor in chief at the Estates Gazette, at the East of England awards ceremony, held at The Varsity Hotel & Spa on Tuesday 02 July.
Cheffins’ team of 15 in the commercial department act for owners and occupiers, doing transactional work (sales, lettings and acquisitions), portfolio management, valuations and general consultancy.
The team have in-depth market knowledge, particularly in the Research and Development sector, and are involved in some of the biggest commercial property deals in the area.
Michael Jones said: “I was pleased to accept the award on behalf of an outstanding team who look after the long-term interests of our clients.
“After all, what is good for them is good for us and I think that ethos is pivotal to us getting the results we achieve.”
