Cheffins has bolstered its position as one of the leading commercial property agencies in the East Anglian region with the hire of Director, Will Brown.
Will joins Cheffins from Coke Gearing, where for the past three years he held the position of Associate Director. This role involved a mixture of professional, agency and investment work. At Cheffins, Will’s focus will be on the office, laboratory and R&D sectors.
Led by Michael Jones, Cheffins Commercial Division has gone from strength-to-strength, with involvement in some of the largest deals throughout the region. With a focus on life sciences and the tech industry, Cheffins is the retained agent at three of the Cambridge Cluster’s largest science parks, Babraham Research Park, Granta Park and Chesterford Research Park, and has been instrumental in all of the highest value lettings in these locations in the sector, acting on behalf of Blackstone-owned, BioMed Realty. Cheffins is also one of the most active agents in the industrial, office and retail sectors, with key involvement across Bourn Quarter, the region’s most exciting new industrial and mid-tech location, and is the one of the most active agents both in Cambridge city centre and the rest of the region. Cheffins also manages an impressive portfolio of commercial properties, including on behalf of a number of the Cambridge colleges.
