Cheffins has successfully completed the assignment of the remainder of the lease held by Analysys Mason, global technology, media and telecoms firm at St Giles Court, central Cambridge, to software company, Cosmol Multiphysics.
Offering high quality tenant fit out in a prominent location close to the city centre and River Cam, St Giles Court also benefits from on-site car parking. The lease offered included the entire first floor of the building, stretching to over 4,294 sq ft available by way of assignment or subletting, with the term ending October 2028.
Will Brown, Director at Cheffins who oversaw the deal said: “Having advised Analysys Mason on its property strategy since 2000, we were delighted to support the company on this latest transaction. Cambridge remains a leading hub for technology and computing businesses, with strong demand for office space not only across the science parks but also within the historic city centre. St Giles Court presents an excellent opportunity for smaller occupiers to secure centrally located space alongside like-minded businesses, encouraging knowledge sharing and collaboration.”
Cosmol Multiphysics took occupation from December 2025 and were advised by CoRep.
