Acting on behalf of BioMed, Cheffins and JLL have let 20,000 sq ft of laboratory and office space at the Franklin Building at Granta Park in Cambridge to Biopharmaceutical company invoX for its new research and development hub.
Granta Park, owned by Blackstone portfolio company BioMed Realty, is a 120-acre campus with 21 buildings. It is home to more than 30 life sciences companies and research organisations, including AstraZeneca, Sosei Heptares, Illumina, Pfizer and PPD.
