We are looking for a Viewing Assistant at our Ely office who is able to work on an ad hoc basis.
What will you be doing?
You will be conducting the viewing appointments for the residential properties we sell and passing the feedback from potential buyers to our team within the office.
Main purpose / scope of role:
- Carrying out viewings with purchasers.
- Working closely with the team, sharing information to secure additional business.
Working Hours:- Ad Hoc hours, you must be available for regular Saturday work with weekdays and holiday cover when necessary.
What will it take to be successful?
- Reliable, trustworthy and act with integrity
- Extremely smart and well presented at all times.
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
- Customer focused
- Excellent organisation, prioritisation and planning skills
- Ability to work on your own
- Full Driving Licence and use of own car which is insured for business use.
- Local knowledge of the area
