We are looking for a Residential Valuation Surveyor to join our Professional Valuation Team at the Firm’s Head Office in Cambridge.

We welcome applications from individuals who wish to be considered for part-time working (from 15 hours), up to full-time working, or other flexible-working arrangements.

What will you be doing?

  • Undertake Red Book valuations on predominantly residential properties for IHT, CGT, disposal and acquisition purposes, along with Expert Witness reports depending on your experience
  • Carry out property inspections to produce accurate and compliant residential valuation reports
  • Ensure reporting meets regulatory requirements and adheres to all legislation and policies
  • Attend networking events and liaise with industry professionals to help generate future work.

What will it take to be successful?

  • MRICS qualified with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience
  • RICS registered valuer
  • High level of professional integrity and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage own case load and work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong IT skills
  • Full UK Driving License and use of own car that is insured for business use.
