Location

The parcel is situated on the south western side of Upwell. From the centre of the village of Upwell, head south along New Road before turning right on to Stone House Road. Continue southwest along this road and the parcel is found on the left hand side, shortly after the turning for Pinfold Road, marked by a Cheffins ‘For Sale’ board. The village of Upwell is located mid-way between the large towns of Wisbech and Downham Market to the northwest and east respectively.
