From the A10 Lynn Road roundabout at Littleport head west on Littleport Bypass passing over the river and taking the first turning on the right. Poplar Drove is half a mile on the left. Pass over the railway crossing, continuing for 150 metres before turning left and the land is situated on the right and is identified with Cheffins “For Sale” board.
