Cheffins is now the main sponsor for Saffron Walden Rugby Club. Having supported the team for many years, Cheffins has stepped up its sponsorship to now be the leading partner for the town’s successful club. There is now Cheffins-branded kit and the firm looks forward to watching the team over the coming season.In addition, on the 20th September, two teams from Cheffins ran the Chariots of Fire race in central Cambridge on behalf of The British Heart Foundation. The 1.7 mile relay race was in its 34th year and saw unprecedented levels of participation. The team raised over £1,000.Lastly, the team from the Ely office attended the VIP launch of this year’s much-anticipated Ely pantomime. This year, KD Theatre will be bringing Beauty & The Beast to the stage, featuring a special guest ‘Pandy’ – the panda cub mascot representing the upcoming Panda Meander trail in central Cambridge. As the main sponsor of Ely pantomime for eight years running and Lead Trail Partner for the Panda Meander trail, Cheffins’ team was delighted to attend the launch.
