Description

After Victor Chemin (1825-1901), a small bronze of a bloodhound,

modelled prowling and with head cocked, signed to the stepped plinth base
17.5cm wide



Provenance
The late Christina Clarke, Elsenham Place



The hound is slightly loose from the base. Some markings on the surface. The base is heavily worn with some chipping to the wood and the cover. Some markings to the base and exterior are commensurate with age and use.
