A great opportunity has arisen at the Firm's Haverhill Office for a Part-time Administrator who will work alongside the fast growing Residential Sales & Lettings Team. Working alongside and supporting the Haverhill Residential Sales & Lettings team, this role would be perfect for someone with solid all round administration experience and someone that thrives on a varied and busy workload.

Hours of work 20-24 hours per week, initially office based but home working would be considered once fully trained in the role.

What will it take to be successful?

  • Able to undertake administrative work accurately and in a methodical way
  • Self-motivated and someone that also enjoys working as part of a team
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage and prioritise a varied workload
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to speak to people face to face and over the telephone clearly and concisely
  • Experience of working within a customer focused environment
  • Strong IT skills including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Highly confidential and professional

What will you be doing?

Working alongside the Haverhill Residential Sales & Lettings Team, you will undertake a wide range of administrative duties, manage your own workload and support the team with their admin needs. 

Main purpose/scope of the role:

  • Answering and directing telephone calls and processing email enquiries
  • Entering and recording data
  • Maintaining databases
  • Producing sales brochures and reports for marketing
  • Raising invoices to clients
  • Chasing overdue invoices in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on all internal system
  • Preparing accurate letters
  • Managing diaries and booking appointments
  • Arranging meetings
  • Providing general administrative support
