PLANNING
Outline planning permission (ref: 3PL/2018/1102/O) was approved by Breckland District Council on 16 July 2019 for the erection of 33 dwellings with all matters reserved except access. A Deed of Variation dated 1 November 2019 reduced the level of affordable housing to 25%, equating to 25 private dwellings and 8 affordable dwellings.
