AGENTS NOTES The purchaser will be required to construct to an adoptable standard the estate road leading to further land owned by the vendor. Such road to be of a minimum width of 5.5 metres with provision for a pavement either side to a width of 2 metres. The vendor will retain free rights of passage for all purposes over the said road and pavements access the retained land.
