Two storeys. Fenestration is all C20 and includes an oriel window with leaded lights. Doorway in large flat roof, brick porch to the side. Inside: abutting hearths, including an inglenook. The parlour has raised and fielded panelling of mid-late C18 below the dado and a corner cupboard of same period. Another hearth was added to the end bay probably early C18. The house was the childhood home of Dr. W.M. Palmer, the antiquarian.
