Condition report: Both paintings are executed in oil on canvas which have been lined. The canvas tension is good and the pictures are in plane. The paint layers are stable and secure. There is some wear and abrasion in the darker background with overpaint. The varnish is matte and even. The wooden frames are in a good condition with light scuffs across the surface.
