Description

A Saint-Cloud blanc de chine pastille burner, circa 1730-50, the tapering body with a lower band of stiff leaves, the rim pierced with lozenges and applied with flowers, raised on a pierced conical rockwork base applied with foliage, 12.5cm high

Cracked around the base, there is a crack across one of the pieces of foliage. Light chipping to the foliage. There is a section of the foliage missing (approx 1 inch) from the base where it should be supporting the body.
