The Government has now confirmed that auction houses will be allowed to re-open their doors from 15th June. Some public access will be possible for our Jewellery, Silver & Watches sale on Thursdsay 25th June however, it is likely that the Interiors Sale on Thursday 11th June will be a live online sale only.

We are also delighted to announce some new timed online sales - 'Design from a Distance'  will feature a carefully curated collection of twentieth century prints and decorative arts. This will take place online from Friday 12th June until Friday 26th June. The 'Clocks, Cameras and Scientific Instruments' sale will also be hosted entirely online from Friday 3rd July to Friday 17th July.

The Fine Sale has been scheduled for Wednesday 29th and Thursday 30th July and we are inviting consignments for this sale with a closing date of Monday 22nd June. Viewing arrangements for this sale will be posted on our website closer to the sale date.

For many of you familiar with our regular Tuesday 'wallk-in' valuation days at Clifton House, we will be welcoming valuations by appointment only for the forseeable future. This is to ensure that we can safeguard the welfare of our clients and staff and adhere to the current social distancing measures. We are also able to carry out inspection visits in person, with strict safety guidelines in place.

We wish to reassure all of our clients that, although the format in which we present our sales may be a little different for a while, our commitment to our high levels of service will be maintained throughout.

If you have any enquiries or wish to consign an item to one of our sales please contact the Fine Art team by email. Alternatively, if you wish to talk to one of the team directly, contact details can be found here.

We hope all of our clients and their families are staying safe and we look forward to welcoming you back to our salerooms at Clifton House after 15th June.
